 Recently we met up with five of our favourite NYC based bloggers - Apneet, Olivia, Amy, Lauren and Leah to show them our new 'Girl Behind the Blue Door' collection for this Spring. The gorgeous Karina Cifuentes from Pink Forest Films was a fly on the wall on this magical day, and created a fun film capturing the candid beauty of the behind the scenes. casper&pearl does new york city.

 If you're following us on Instagram and Facebook then you should know by now that we are on a big adventure in New York City. Despite the boiling sun, we decided to venture out of our apartment in East Village and meet some of our favourite NY based fashion bloggers by the Brooklyn Bridge.
Our day was full of Magnolia Bakery cupcakes and melted icecream with chocolately fingers. We were so excited to show the five bloggers Apneet, Olivia, Amy, Lauren and Leah our new 'Girl Behind the Blue Door' collection, they were so excited about it that they styled their own looks!

won't you save me san fransisco.

flower crown: Primped and Primed, sunglasses: Kawaii Kitsch

One sunny day, Hana of Honeyuck and I met eachother in a park in San Fransisco Bay.

She showed me around her beautiful city and lent me a glimpse into her lovely creative life. We went exploring and she took some photos of me in casper&pearl.

Just to paint you a picture of how inspiring she really is; I was lying in a bush covered in flower petals and she was fixing my hair for the next photo - I asked her 'why photography?' and she told me that the world can be quite a bad place, but when she creates photographs she can create a whole nother world. A world of good where everything is beautiful and innocence still exists.

 And that's exactly everything that we stand for.

s/s 13/14 moodboard.

Because this is the magic that has been flowing through our minds since beginning to design our S/S 13/14 'Girl Behind the Blue Door' collection. We found inspiration from innocence, orchids, Lolita and Virgin Suicides - and even designed our own print. It's a little bit pretty, and a little bit lovely.

We cannot wait to show you come this Spring.
